Email Logs to Administrator

Is there a way to setup the router to email logs to an admin at a pre-defined time or perhaps when a filter is triggered like ie. WAN IP has changed

No , attaching files to emails is problematic at best using scripting on the router....I know people have tried using putmail in optware and haven't managed to get it working...you can send a basic pre-defined email with text , but that appears to be all.
