Enable transmission after factory reset?

I did a factory reset and now i can't connect to the server. I can see the folders in windows explorer and start and stop transmission in Putty. When I try to load the GUI in chrome it says it can't connect to the server?

Any ideas on getting chrome talking to the server?

Try http instead of https

Thank you, yes, I am only working on the wired computer for now.
No other login.

*UPDATE*

I just installed it all again from scratch, 10 minutes. It took longer to troubleshoot and search for an answer.,
