Engenius ESR9850 WAN Port

Hello

Can the ESR9850 handle a 100mbit WAN connection, I have the new 100mb service from a cable company here in the UK.

A chap at BroadBandBuyer UK said even though the ESR9850 has a 1GB WAN port it can only transfer up to 20MB?

The ESR9850 does have a gigabit WAN port i see no reason why it could not handle switching 100MBps but I will do some testing and get back to you.

Thanks keenanj, I appreciate that greatly, as long as it handles around 12.5mb/sec (100mbit) I'll go for it!

Just ran a test with chariot switches 820Mbps between WAN and LAN ports in NAT mode no problems this is a fast router.
