Probably means that something on your network managed to forward at least 21 different ports through upnp, and these forwards were cleared later on as they weren't used.

I dont use anything that would forward ports can you give more information ? All that is on my network right now is 2 Roku boxes one win7 laptop and a Ipad 2.

Impossible for me to tell. miniupnpd only handles UPNP/PCP forwarded ports, so there's a software somewhere that did forward those ports.
