New Around Here
I'm really puzzled here. I've been running MOCA 2.5 for a year with 1 connection with no issues and decided to add another one. Installed a gigabit switch and getting only 30% of the speed on devices that can handle up to 100Mbps, no speed reduction for devices with the gigabit adapter. This is how it looks with numbers. I have a 150Mbps down connection from my ISP. Getting 180 Mbps on my laptop with the gigabit network card connected to switch - MOCA - Router. Getting 95 Mbps on 100 Mbps devices connected to MOCA - Router. Getting only 30 Mbps on 100 Mbps devices connected to switch - MOCA - Router. Getting 95 Mbps on 100 Mbps devices connected to switch - Router. Any idea why this is happening? Thanks

cable issue...

I'm using the same cables and the same ports for testing this configuration: switch - MOCA - Router
Laptop with 1000 Mbps NIC - 180 Mbps
3 (laptop, FireStick and Android box) devices with 100Mbps NIC - 30 Mbps

what do the port link rate lights indicate on the switch and device ?

maybe try a different switch ?

i would definitely try a different cable.
