Filtering by MAC/IP and Time of Day

Inquisative

New Around Here
Hello,

What recommendations are offered using under $200 AP hardware, or DD-WRT/Tomato if I desire to filter wireless PC/Macintosh/tablet clients using a MAC or IP address AND time of day?

In other words, I wish to block a given client between specific hours (or before a given time of day) say during afternoon when kids ought to doing homework?

Thank you!

The Cisco Linksys EA routers are one option. ASUS RT-N56U, RT-N66U are another.
