Firewall Network Service Filter

Hello guys,
For a while i disabled the firewall service filter and just today I enabled it back using the attached screen shot, however, once enabled all clients are unable to access the internet. I was on 380_68_4 then upgraded to 380_90 but still same issue. PS - I have Parental Controls off,. Please advise if its a known issue or am missing some settings. thanks

You told the router to block (blacklist) all TCP traffic from those clients to the WAN, so of course they won't have internet access. What is it that you are trying to do?

Hello, the blacklist is for the set times, however once enabled all clients is blocked from accessing the internet. I have been using the settings for a long time now but looks like it stated failing in the last two firmware upgrade I did
