FreeNAS on MSI Wind PC?

Hopefully not a silly question: what if I get a MSI Wind PC, throw out the OS and replace it with FreeNAS, and add a second (or two new) HHD?

Does anyone see any problem with that?

It would save me the trouble of finding a case, a decent mobo, ...

Dual Core MSI advantage?

Since the MSI is now available with a dual core 330 Atom CPU for the same price (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16856167037), do you think it would be significantly different from your test sample?
