We've discussed these units before, most extensively in this thread. If you need a point-to-point wireless link with up to about 250Mbps throughput, these'll get the job done.
These are less than 6 months old and in like-new condition (though I no longer have the original packaging). PoE adapters included as well as pole-mount hardware. They work as advertised, but I am moving and no longer have a need for them. New they were $99 each; asking $75 plus shipping for the pair.
