The Espressif ESP8266/ESP32's are fun to play with...
Caught this today on my news feed from hackaday.com - playing around the the BBPLL clocks, they observed some interesting outcomes... watch the video, as it's interesting how the primary stays stable, but the subcarrier spacing changes, but it doesn't actually "break" things, as one can do the same with another node, and everything works...
I like the little ESP modules - they're cheap, relatively powerful code wise, and well supported by the community...
