Anyone else seeing the 5Ghz crash on 388.2?
It happened once on beta 2 and now again on the final.
These errors just repeat all night long, cannot see where it started.
Going to pull power and reboot, that should bring it back for now.

EDIT: Just realized these errors are from a few days ago from beta 2 before I updated, but same errors happened last night as well, and 5Ghz is down.

Same for me, keeps disconnecting, with 388.1 was very stable on the RT-AX88U's

Also, just tried to manually change the channel on 5G and it's not responding, it's stuck at channel 36.

RT-AX88U perhaps?

Doesn't apply for RT-AX68U though - it doesn't have 160MHz support.
Sorry, my bad, you're right, both are RT-AX88U, still channel doesn't change.

Going to pull power and reboot

You're a hero. After so many issues with this router still fighting with it. Even Asus replaced this model with multiple AX58U hardware variants in AX3000 and AX5400 class. AX68U is the only router with BCM6710 5GHz radio and a long history of Wi-Fi issues. Time to replace it with something better?

No crashes for me since updating to 388.2 for 72 hours. I even get a little stronger 5GHz signal now, too. Even with 386.7_2, I had very stable 5GHz. It was a dirty upgrade from 386.7_2.

I'll keep an eye on things and report back if I have any issues. I bought the router in April of 2022.

Just got it recently (February 2, 2022 - I guess not that recent, but its still new for me), upgraded from an AC56U. Has worked fine besides this recent 5Ghz issue that happened twice. Don't really need anything more powerful.

I had some issues where my firestick and tablet would have a very low TX rate on 5GHz. This happened 3 times in the last 2 days. One time every device had a low TX rate.

Going back to 386.7_2 which has been rock solid for me.
