Get VPN DNS Server(s) In Script?

Does anyone know if there's a way to get the VPN DNS server(s) for a OpenVPN client? For WireGuard it's pretty simple since there is a field in the GUI that corresponds to a NVRAM key/value, but for OpenVPN I believe the DNS servers are provided by the OpenVPN server so there isn't an actual NVRAM key/value to check. Is there a command that would tell me what DNS servers are being used by the OpenVPN client though?
