getting 'x.x.x.x is not a valid address' when blocking specific device

New Around Here
hello,
when I try to block client from client status menu, I keep getting 'x'x'x'x is not a valid address so unable to change anything or block it.
It seems I only can do it if client's subnet address is same as computer where I logged into Asus router setting page.

If I use Asus mobile app on iPhone, I can block any device even if subnet address is different.

Is this expected ?
