Google TV

I did a quick search and did not see much on Google TV. Anyone using it? I was all set to get a Roku but want to get some input on Google TV as well.

I am basically doing the switch from $$$$ DTV to (if I can) entirely internet based services.

Plenty of other coverage on other sites that says is is useless for cable / satellite cutters. And way overpriced.
