New Around Here
I'm not sure if I am attempting to do the impossible but I have an ASUS GS-AX3000 and am trying to setup a VPN client (L2TP with PSK) for my network. I am able to get the connection to communicate and refuse due to lack of PSK.

I shelled into the router and located the VPN credentials created through the GUI (jffs/nvram/vpnc_clientlist). I've attempted many iterations to add the PSK however I am having no luck.

The VPN server I am attempting to connect to is hosted by a Cisco Meraki MX65 .

Can someone point me in the right direction or tell me if this is even possible?

Would a good option be to scrap the default VPN client and use StrongSwan to establish the connection for all traffic connected to this router? Thanks!
