Guest-WIFI block ALL privat IPs

Hello,
I use Asus RT-AC66U (latest merlin firmware) (IP:192.168.1.1) and 4G-ac55U Routers. (IP:192.168.3.1)
These two Routers are connected by openVPN.
On RT-AC66U I have a GUEST WIFI. Intranet is forbidden. But Guests can browse to all IPs on VPN Client Net (IP:192.168.3.0) and to all VPN IPs (10.8.8.x).

I would like to block ALL privat IP ranges for Guests on GUEST-WIFI. (192.168.x.x) and (10.x.x.x)
How can I do that?
