Guest wireless

Hello,

I have an ac66u with latest Merlin firmware.

I created a guest wireless but the PC connected to the guest lan can access all my network and are not separated from other devices.

Whats wrong?
The router is in AP mode... is that the problem?

Yes! There is no way that the guest network on the AP "jumps over your network" to the internet...

Connected over the wire or over WiFi?

(Guest only applies to WiFi)

Needs to be in router mode for Guest Network to function correctly... AP mode bypasses most routing..
