I was using Plex a while back and I seem to recall that I had some problems setting it up again, so maybe I had the rebind option switched on at the time (just guessing). I mostly use Kodi these days for watching my vidoes at home and if I'm away from home, I can use OpenVPN, but I may try Plex again at some stage (I have a lifetime pass). I've turned off the rebind option in view of the latest comments.
