Help with granting external access to a LAN enabled device please

I have a RTAC86U running merlin v384.15. While using the mobile app, I blocked a device from having internet access (maintaining LAN access). I've since updated the RTAC86U to v384.17 and the mobile app has been updated since, and now I'm not able to edit the external access to the blocked device. I can't find it anywhere in the mobile app or in the console... any ideas?

Rather than clicking on the "View List" button try clicking on the big round button above it to get the "Client status" tab. Then click on the device in that list.

Thanks! that worked. I thought i had clicked everything possible!
Does anyone know if blocking or unblocking can be done from the app?
