help with sonicpoint-ne

I have been told on sonicwall forum that I can't use sonicpoint-ne as my wireless access point. I have it hooked up to netgear fvs336g router. I think I'm so close, I can access the sonicpoint wirelessly, it has network access, but know internet access.
Do send this thing back, or can it be done?

let me add to my post, Got it working!! Main difference was hooking it to a switch, switch then router..

Can't see how that would make any difference. Try direct from PoE injector to router again.

Thanks much for the reply, I did reconnect to the router, working fine. Looks to me like this thing will work ok, guess we'll see
