HMA VPN

I need a Wisconsin server. HMA is the only vpn with one. All set up and running. The service requires IPV6 and upnp enabled. This sucks. No work arounds it seems for Asus Merlin.

Question...

How will surfshark react to IPV6 enabled? If I toggle from HMA to surfshark shutting off IPV6 every time would be insane.
