Yup it sure is. It's shockingly tiny BTW.

But they are not selling the software as far as I know.

I can see where they're going with it as the NUC's are generally DIY - e.g. gotta add RAM, Storage, and an OS, which in this case is some kind of Win10...

I do like the NUC's - they're tiny, and in a purposed environment, very handy...
