Honeywell T9 cannot see my ax11000 networks. Help please

Hi.
So my Honeywell T9 somehow can see networks from neighbors but it won't see either my 2.4 or 5ghz ones.
They are separate networks with different names and password.
I tried creating a guest network with a short name but that didn't help.

May not be the SSID length. Some IOT clients do not like WPA3 or WPA2/WPA3. I had to set up a guest WIFI with just WPA2 2.4 GHz for a couple of our older clients. Also good to use fixed channels. For 2.4 GHz use 20 MHz on channel 1, 6, or 11.
