How can I define traditional QoS rules?

I have Merlin 380.57 installed on a RT-AC87R. It was migrated from the latest stock firmware. With the stock firmware, I've defined some traditional QoS rules and applied to some hosts.

Under Merlin 380.57's Adaptive QoS, I can see these rules and hosts . But interestingly I was unable to find a way to modify the rules or apply them to other computers.

The stock firmware has a "Configuration" drop down which Merlin doesn't have. Is the function hidden somewhere? Where can I define traditional QoS rules?

Thanks

I flashed back to the latest stock, 378_9460 and captured screenshots for both.

In matter of fact, I did. I tried swicthing Merlin and Stock a couple times and I did a factory reset once. Same problem. If the feature is not hidden somewhere, apparently it is a bug.

A reset to factory defaults and minimally and manually configuring the router is recommended each time you go to a different (not necessarily 'new') firmware. Especially when moving between different fork builds.
