how do i enable vnc lan to lan?

my previous router was linksys e4200 and i was able to vnc without any issues to another computer in the house. i had assigned a ip 192.168.1.115 to that computer. and use that ip for vnc to connect.

now that i have asus ac66u and assigned a ip 192.168.1.115, my vnc cannot connect. it just times out when i use that ip.

what do i need to adjust in my router? any help appreciated.

Hi, Im using RT-ac68U it doesnt work on one port when i tried to vnc ,but when i add these three ports 5500,5800,5900 - it seems okay .
