How do I generate Settings_RT-AX88U.CFG via command line/ssh?

Hi.
How do I generate the file Settings_RT-AX88U.CFG via command line? Is this the result of an "Nvram save" command or is is something else?
This is the CFG backup I get when I hit the "Save setting" button on the router admin web panel.

It is the nvram save filename command.
