How do i go from 2.4ghz to 5ghz

Ive been getting alot of interference with my wireless from lots of thing, and i have a d'Link router and woundering how do i switch to 5ghz??? Its a dlink dir-628.
 
Setup>Wireless Settings>Manual Wireless Network Setup>802.11 Band

Hopefully all your wireless clients are 5 GHz capable.

im pretty sure they are since there either brand new or a ps3 otherwise ill change it back

Just because they are new doesn't mean they support dual band.
You'll need to check for a band setting in the Network Connection properties.
