How do I use 2TB + hard drives in RAID 5?

Hello.

I heard there is a problem with RAID 5 in hard drives 2TB or larger.

Can anyone know how I can relatively safely use RAID 5 in 2TB + size drives?

Is both hardware raid cards and software RAID methods experience this problem on hard drives 2TB + in size?

Thanks for your help.
