How in the world do you hard reset a RT-AC5300?

I have done all of the usual stuff.

Reset Button for 10 seconds

30/30/30

Holding the WPS button on power up

I can't get this thing to erase all its settings. Any ideas?

Nevermind, it eventually took with the 10 Second press. This Router has been really funky so not sure if there is some hardware issues going on with it.
