How to add Policy Routing for VPN client from CLI?

Is there a way to add a client to Policy Rules for a VPN client, from the CLI, such that it will also display in the UI?

My best guess is there's an nvram variable for it, but I don't know where to look.

I've found the 2 below

vpn_client_clientlist
vpn_client1_clientlist

I understand the 2nd one due to me using client 1, but the content of the first is identical. Is that right?
