How to Backup Settings Buffalo LinkStation

Hi, i can't find a Menu to back up and recover the Settings of my Buffalo LinkStation ProDuo (LS-WVL).
I like to Upgrade the 2 Original 1TB Drives to 2 x 3 TB Drives, but i have more than 20 Users and a lot of Shares configured, so i like to recover my config afterwards...
Some Advice?

Do you have a 100% backup on an external USB3 or eSATA drive?

Time to list that on eBay and shop for QNAP or Synology to get good NAS software.
