How to block IP Address Ranges?

Flashed Merlin onto RT-AC68U.

Want to block two IP address ranges to eliminate YouTube buffering as I have 100/100 Mbps connection (as stated in this guide: https://dottech.org/103278/how-to-make-youtube-videos-load-faster-on-windows-mac-os-x-linux-guide/)

173.194.55.0/24 and 206.111.0.0/16 IP address ranges

Is there a way to add this onto the Asus router?

Try this. You can put it in firewall-start script.
But for testing use putty or Xshell5

iptables -I FORWARD -s 173.194.55.0/24 -j REJECT
iptables -I FORWARD -s 206.111.0.0/16 -j REJECT

Don't block the CDN's - those are there to help out, not harm - check QoS settings, clear out DNS caches and browser cookies, and watch out for some of the public DNS (if set) - Google Public DNS and OpenDNS are CDN savvy, but some others are not - worse case, go back to the ISP DNS, also OpenVPN tunnels (and he.net ipv6 tunnels) can get into a bad spot sometimes...
