How to build remote access from one laptop to other laptop over GSM

Help please. How to build remote access from one laptop to other laptop over GSM. Can it be done and how? ? ? I’m looking for some compact and small option. Any suggestions how to do it?

Yup...any number of the many 3rd party web based remote desktop access programs....ScreenConnect, LogMeIn, TeamViewer, BeAnywhere, SplashTop, the list goes on and on. They'll be easier than doing the old school remote access like RDP or some VNC flavor...where you need to know the public IP address and setup port forwarding. The web based ones do not require any firewall fiddling..making them wonderfully easy.
