How to change TOR exit nodes?

I want TOR to only connect to a specific country by using exit nodes but the only options are Socks port, Trans port and DNS port. Is there any way I’m able change the exit nodes?

I would use a VPN but I can’t find an option to only use specified MAC addresses which TOR has (I need this feature so everyone else’s WiFi works normally)

Any help would be appreciated.
