How to get back data in RAID 0???

I purchased hardly 1 year ago of Comstar CO-HDE1-1TB and he does not work any more.

I absolutely have to get back my data.

I tested 2 disks of 500 go with the tools of Western Digital and is seem to work well. So, it is the card controler that is in problem. I bought a card controller USB and RAID 0 and it does not still work.

The card controler uses a chip of JMicron JM20316 for the Raid 0.

How to get back my data or a part of the data? Give I a procedure to follow! I am discouraged

Please help me!!!

I'd obtain a working one and swap the old drives in. It looks like it's not being sold any more, but if you don't have any luck trolling for a used one on auction sites, you may be able to purchase one from the manufacturer. Companies usually maintain additional stock to service warranty claims, but depending on how old the model is they may decide to ship a different, better model instead. It wouldn't hurt to contact Comstar and see if they can do anything for you.

I made exactly it and the new cards (USB and raid0) of COMSTAR ( SAMTAC) do not work...

SAMTAC answers me that it is surement disks but I tested disks and they well seem to work.

I contacted COMSTAR having to install new card and they do not want to help me...

I thus have to find another solution to get back the data...

Try asking to see if you can purchase a refurb CO-HDE1-1TB from them.

I received 2 cards controller new (USB and RAID 0)... it is useless to get back a whole kit... I want to get back my data...
