How to limit bandwidth on a D-Link 615?

I've got two roommates who share the DSL. We're paying for a 6meg download from AT&T. Usually it's not a problem as we all have different schedules, but with the holidays, we're all at home at the same time. Is there a way to cut up the bandwidth at 2 megs apiece for each of our computers?

Thanks in advance.

Not with the DIR-615. You can't control downstream bandwidth use.

Draytek routers provide bandwidth control in both directions with different bandwidth caps by IP address.

Would an upgrade to the D-link 655 do what I'm trying to achieve? Can QOS be configured to control traffic?

Thank in advance.

Nope. There are no alternative distros for Ubicom-based routers and the QoS is uplink only.
