How to... permit LAN to communicate to a single IP in Guest Wi-Fi?

Hi,

I'm trying to permit a single IP into the Guest Wi-Fi to communicate with the LAN, but I'm not being able to do that.
Looks like this comunication is managed by ebtables. If I run an 'ebtables -F', all comunication is granted (for all IPs into the guest Wi-Fi). However, if I try to include a 'ebtables -I FORWARD 1 -s MAC_SRC -j ACCEPT' (and the same to dest), the system just ignores my rule.

Any idea?
