How to prevent a mobile hotspot sharing by a connected user on my network ?

Hello,
I need help with router settings to prevent Wi-Fi sharing from one connected phone to another blocked device
is there any logic to either prevent the sharing itself or the blocked device from connecting
because Hotspot on mobile can be used to bypass the block if connected trough another device on the router.
maybe blockling certain android services if possible?
can we at least spot when someone is using wifi-sharing at least?

You did not say but it is likely one of your children has figured out how to bypass your parental controls. Smart kids! If this is the case you may have to resort to drastic measures.
Otherwise, there likely is no way for this type of connection to be blocked other than to block that phone as well.

Short answer is no.

On my Samsung Galaxy when I enable the Wi-Fi hotspot is disables the local Wi-Fi connection. So the router has no role in filtering clients because the phone is communicating directly over the mobile network.

For the mobile service, there may be a way to disable that phone from providing hot spot function by the account holder's settings. Maybe turning off all data services ?
Other than that, securing all phones in a lock box is an easy way, but likely not popular.

some gotta be through the router
isn't there's android domain ips that can be to blocked to test to prevent that Wi-Fi bridge mode!!

As Colin mentioned, there is no involvement of the wifi router when a phone or other device with a SIM card /eSIM in it is providing internet access aka "hot spot" via the cell network.

SO , if you want to block that path you have to work with the cell service provider account or the phone itself.
