How to setup Dual Wan w/ Verizon 4G USB??

Occasional Visitor
I have a RT-N66 and am looking to use the Dual WAN feature to fail over from primary cable Internet to a Verizon Wireless 4G USB modem. Does anybody have any experience or input on making this work?
