How to share two partitions on USB disk with different rights

New Around Here
I have an USB disk with one NTFS partition and one EXT4. I would like to share the NTFS with guest login and the EXT4 with named users. It does not look like this can be done from the UI. Is there another way to achieve this?

Advise much appreciated...
