How to subscribe router on DNS blacklist?

Is there a way to automatically download and activate in router's DNS a zero-day blacklist such as at http://malc0de.com/bl/ or http://www.malwaredomains.com/?page_id=66 ?

I use a Raspberry Pi with the malwaredomains list (and pgl.yoyo.org) to block malicious domains, but I wasn't aware of the other site, so, thanks.

That's in part what the Trend Micro malicious website protection does on the ARM-based models with the Trend Micro engine. It uses a remote malicious website blacklist to validate URLs.
