How to use DNS Filter?

Recently I've been having problems again with Netflix and smart DNS services on my Android phone.

I've been playing around wiht DNS Filter, but either I don't understand how to use it, or it's not working.

I have set my phones mac to Router, and have custom DNS for the main routers settings. Shouldn't that work?
