To VVS:

You can't see that setting (DHCP query frequency) when using L2TP. It's only used when WAN connection type is set to "Automatic IP". So don't look for it with your required L2TP connection because you won't find it.

Not sure what you mean. I don't think so, but you can certainly give it a try.
