I/O Error 1117 on RT-AC68U

I was editing some audio (Flac) on a network connected drive when the connection disappeard, the audio afterwards was gone but when trying to copy a backup on the disk the system came with the message I/O Error 1117, scanning the disk on errors gave some errors that it tried to repair but when i tried to copy the files back to the disk the error remained.

I constantly lose the drive and give the router a kick, after that the files are dissapeard, it happens when working with large flacs in helium music manager (i dont think this program is responsable for the error

I removed the drive from the router and attached it to the windows 7 computer, it wants to check it so this is gonna take some time.
