As far as I knew Skynet uses a mandatory whitelist at /jffs/addons/shared-whitelists/shared-amtm-whitelist which already contains diversion.ch.

Both amtm and Diversion add this essential whitelist for Skynet to pick up.

The amtm generated list is default when initialized. When Diversion is installed, it removes the amtm list and places its own there. But they are essentially the same.
