Ignorance! AX58

Kicking myself for not just knowing this, but totally failing to get HP 8035 office jet connected to Linuxmint 21.1 xfce. I had good results with an Asus n66 and got paranoid about it's age and got an Asus AX58 which works like a champ except I tried to print my tax return and it's not connected. Still have the n66 and it still works but....

Got it...feels like cheating but who cares. The Setup page on the printer display (tiny) has network printing setup page which allows you to flnd the network and then activate the WPS button on the router. It's easier than trying to use their terrible alpha-numeric password entry system.
