iMac 24 internet speed 20% of what it should be on AX88\u

my ISP internet connection speed is 600mbps down/200 mbps down but I am getting 80mbps down/80 mbps up on both wired and wireless

same with my iPhone 12 Pro Max but on my Windows laptop the connection is fine

I could've never imagined! It was indeed the ASUS RT-AX88U router. Seems like it doesn't play well with Apple devices because both my new iMac and iPhone 12 Pro Max had this slow connection issue. I just setup the Nighthawk AX6 router and the speed is back to normal!
