initial XT wireless setup

Hi, a newbie and not a great technician, so really looking for some help. I am just setting-up my new XT8 AiMesh network ands I wanted to use the wireless backhaul function (rather than wired). it says GREAT connect and at 5ghz and not 5ghz-2. am I doing something wrong?
