Inputting Two 4G LTE Signals into a Router?

So I have a RT-N66U Asus router, the only way I can get internet is by plugging a phone with a 4G signal works great, but what would happen if i got another device and plug it into the 2nd USB port? would it combine the singals?? or would i have to get other hardware to do that?
