I really appreciate having found a DAS test on your web site.
If I would have had more reviews/user expriences with DAS devices I propably would have recommende a DAS over NAS in one or the other situation.
Also DAS devices can be considered extensions to existing NAS storage. Even more with eSata.
For me a working hard disk inside my computer and a eSATA DAS device is the combination of choice. I am also considering 4bay enclosures. But I am still undecided as there's a huge lack of "independant" information.
Please continue testing DAS devices.
